Our Story

Sydney Home Mods specialises in home modifications in Sydney for people living with disability, injury or age: disabled bathroom renovations, hobless showers, NDIS and aged care home modifications, wheelchair ramps and grab rails. We established the business so that families no longer need to search through general renovators who are unfamiliar with accessibility, OT reports or funding documentation. Every project is quoted and completed by a licensed builder from our network who carries out this work every day.

What We Do

When you contact us, we listen to what you need, confirm how the work will be funded, and connect you with a licensed specialist builder from our network in your part of Sydney. For NDIS participants, we only work with builders registered with the NDIS Commission for home modifications. The builder provides the quote, carries out the work and is responsible for it under their contract with you.
